SHIPPING POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your rental decor from 101 Events Rental. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. We do not accept returns on custom orders or items that have been used or damaged. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
