STORE POLICY

  1. Payment: Deposit at reservation and full balance before delivery
     

  2. Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 2 weeks prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3 days before the event may incur a cancellation fee.
     

  3. Damages: A refundable fee is charged, to be refunded upon return without damage to items. No refunds for items damaged and restocking costs will be charged to clients.
     

  4. Delivery and Pickup: Delivery and pickup services are available for an additional fee. Please inquire for rates and availability.
     

  5. Late Returns: A fee may be charged for rental items returned late without prior arrangement.
     

  6. Cleaning: Rental items should be returned in the same condition as they were received. A cleaning fee may be charged for excessively dirty items.
     

  7. Safety: Please follow all safety guidelines provided for the use of rental items.
