Venue To You Bundle

We get it...the struggle to find the right venue can be a hassle sometimes. You're either constrained by cost, time, distance, size, location and more.

We've got a solution for you....we'll bring the venue to you for $850!
All we ask is that you have the space and level ground.

Our venue-to-you offer caters to an event with no more than 50 guests and excludes provisions for the food/drinks/dessert section. With the venue right at your door step, you can rent the setup ahead of your date and take your time with the setting up. Got a Saturday event? We'll set up on Friday and pick up on Sunday.

Here's what you get:
a. Our 20*40 ft tent which seats 50 people and more, depending on your preferred layout,
b. 50 white padded resin foldable chairs,
c. 8 white 6ft-long foldable tables.

Important Details:
*Can be set up on lawn or concrete.
*Needs to be on a level ground - no slopes.
*Must be in open space. If under a tree, the tree must be really tall with no branches brushing against the tent.
*No pickup/delivery/setup on Saturday.
*Cost applies to 15mile radius. Final quote will reflect exact cost for locations beyond 15 miles.
